The Astros recalled Salazar from Triple-A Sugar Land on Sunday.

Salazar will join the Astros as catching depth with MLB rosters expanding to 28 players Sunday. He’s unlikely to see much playing time while Yainer Diaz and Victor Caratini remain healthy.
